Pick-Up

You can Pick-up your order in our facilities in 785 Avenida José De Diego, Caparra Terrace, San Juan, Puerto Rico at no additional cost from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Some holidays may be observed and open hours may differ. For free pick-up option, buyer must actively select the option at checkout. Orders may take up to 24 hours (labor days) to be completed. A pick-up confirmation will be received to the account’s email when order is ready and order confirmation number and valid Photo ID may be required to pick-up the order.

Revised Shipping Rates effective on June 24, 2023.

Regular Shipping price to Puerto Rico and United States for all orders will be rated according to size and weight of the total order. For shipping's to Puerto Rico there will be Economy, Standard and Express rates, while for USA (all states except PR) will be Economy and Standard rates available. Economy rates start at $3.99 and have a 3-8 Day Service via First Class or Ground Advantage of USPS. Standard rates start at $7.99 and have a 2-5 Day Service via Priority Mail of USPS. Express rates for Puerto Rico rates start at $13.99 and have a 1-2 Day Service via Island Wide or USPS carriers. Free Shipping for orders $75.00 and up will be discontinued effectively June 24, 2023 for Retail and Wholesale orders. All other shipping offers will continue as advertised. For each exclusion, please visit each promotion term's and conditions at the footer of our web page. Preparing time for each order can vary from 24-48 hours in labor days, and depending of the carrier service the shipping time can reach from 1-3 additional days approximately if no further weather or mayor inclemency occur.

Express Service $12.50	1-2 Bussiness days for orders up tp 20 Lb.
Standard Service $9.99	For orders up to 3 LB
Standard Service $11.99	For orders up to 6 LB

 

 

For orders $75.00 (before taxes) or greater, with shipping requirements to USA (50 states and territories, including Puerto Rico), will apply Free Shipping ($0.00), with exception of Wholesale orders to US (50 states) that will apply a shipping cost according to the total order weight and /or qty of boxes (current shipping day USPS Flat Rates will apply and may be charged subsequently  from the order). This are the standard prices for shipping rates, unless a promotion is actively running. For orders $100.00 (before taxes) or greater, with shipping requirements to USA (50 states and territories, not including Puerto Rico), will apply Free Shipping ($0.00).
